TERMS OF USE
As the client, it is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions before making a booking. Any damage or injuries resulting from misuse or reckless use of our equipment are entirely the responsibility of the individual or organization renting it. Users assume all risks when using the equipment. The client must ensure these guidelines are followed to maintain the safety of all users. Our company is not liable for any damage or injuries sustained while using the equipment, regardless of the cause.
RESERVATION
β’ Retainer: To secure the requested date, a 50% retainer of the total payment is required, along with a signed contract and acknowledgment of the Terms and Conditions and Rental Rules. Please note that the retainer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable.
β’ Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before your event. Payments can be made via online transfer.
β’ Security Bond: A $100 security bond is required and will be fully refunded within 24 hours, provided that all items are returned clean and undamaged.
DELIVERY, SETUP, AND COLLECTION
β’ Delivery Charge: The delivery fee varies based on the location.
β’ Setup: BEULAHβS Playland requires 60 minutes before the event for equipment setup and 45 minutes after the event for removal. The client is responsible for ensuring clear access to the venue. A delay of 30 minutes may result in booking cancellation.
β’ Pickup and Return: All equipment must be collected at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in booking cancellation, and the retainer will be non-refundable. Late returns will incur a charge of $25 per hour. If any issues arise, please contact us immediately.
β’ Overnight Rentals: To prevent theft, any equipment kept overnight must be securely locked away. A full replacement fee will apply for any missing items, including accessories such as blowers, extension leads, mats, and other accompanying equipment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are only permitted due to unforeseen weather conditions, such as rain, storms, or winds exceeding 24 km/h. In such cases, your retainer will be transferred to a rescheduled date, subject to availability. For winter months, we recommend choosing an indoor venue.
WEATHER AND TRAFFIC CONDITIONS
Weather Changes
β’ It is the client's responsibility to check the weather forecast for the event day. The playground will not be setup in rainy conditions.
β’ If it rains during the event and the equipment gets wet, the security bond will be forfeited.
β’ A backup indoor setup is recommended in case of unfavorable weather.
β’ If necessary, the event may be rescheduled based on availability.
Traffic Delays
β’ We strive to arrive and set up on time. However, BEULAHβS PLAYLAND is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic congestion or road accidents.
STOLEN, DAMAGED, AND DIRTY EQUIPMENT
β’ Dirty Equipment: A $30 cleaning fee will be deducted from the bond if the equipment is returned dirty, stained, or filled with food, drink, confetti, balloons, sweets, or wrappers.
β’ Damaged or Lost Equipment: If there is any damage or loss, the security bond will not be refunded. The client must pay the full replacement cost within 7 days. Failure to pay will result in legal action, with all costs passed on to the client.
β’ Ball Pit Balls: All balls must be collected before pick-up. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of a $20security bond.
β’ Authorized Collection: Only BEULAHβS PLAYLAND staff are authorized to collect the equipment. If unsure, contact the owner for verification.
VENUE RULES
β’ Space Requirements: The client must check that the venue has enough space for the booked package. If space is insufficient, some items may be removed for safety reasons, but the full charge will still apply.
β’ Surface Requirements: Outdoor setups require a flat surface free of debris, dirt, and pet waste. Grass areas must consist of actual grass, not dirt.
β’ Accessibility: The client must inform us of any access limitations (e.g., lack of parking, stairs, narrow doorways). Failure to do so may lead to delays, additional fees, or cancellation.
β’ Fixed Placement: Once set up, the equipment must remain in the agreed location.
PLAYTIME PERIOD
β’ The rental period is 6 hours. Additional hours are available at $25 per hour, subject to availability.
EQUIPMENT CLEANING CARE
β’ All equipment is cleaned and disinfected after each event and wiped down before the next. Ball pit balls are thoroughly washed before reuse.
PLAY AREA RULES, HEALTH, AND SAFETY
1. Supervision: A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the play equipment at all times.
2. Age Restriction: The soft play, ball pit, and bouncy castle are strictly for children aged 5 and under.
3. Proper Attire: Socks must always be worn while using the play equipment.
4. Restricted Items:
o Shoes, jewelry, glasses, and sharp objects must be removed before entering the play area.
o No food, drinks, or chewing gum near the equipment.
o No face paint, confetti, streamers, or silly string on the play equipment.
5. Safety Conduct:
o No pushing, rough play, or aggressive behavior.
o Adults must not lean or sit on any soft play, ball pool walls, play equipment, or bouncy castles.
6. Environmental Safety:
o No smoking or barbecues near the play equipment.
o No pets or animals near the play area.
7. Equipment Care:
o Furniture must not be placed on the mats.
o The number of children using the play area must be limited to prevent overcrowding.
BOUNCY CASTLE USAGE GUIDELINES
1. A power source must be available within 10 meters of the setup location, including outdoor setups.
2. The bouncy castle must remain continuously connected to the blower during use.
3. Once positioned, do not attempt to move the inflatable.
4. Bouncing is not allowed on the step or front apron of the bouncy castle.
5. The bouncy castle is intended for children aged 5 and under, with a maximum weight limit of 100kg.
6. Adults may enter to assist children but must not bounce or jump.
I have read and fully understand the terms and conditions outlined above and accept them.
I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for the inflatable while it is in my care and agree to cover any costs for loss or damage. This includes additional cleaning fees if the inflatable is returned in an unacceptable condition.
I also grant permission for BEULAHβS PLAYLAND to take photos, videos, or audio recordings of the event for use on social media and other platforms.
